1. Gather your supplies!

Prepare the tag. Choose the patterned papers you'd like to use and punch out different shapes. I used scalloped punches and a label punch. Choose the embellishments.

Layer the different punched out shapes and embellishments and add a sentiment sticker.

Stick the tag onto one of the sketchbooks. Place the sketchbook on top of the envelope and use some ribbon to attach the sketchbook to the envelope.
5. All you have to do now is slip the gift card inside and add a name tag.
It's a little gift that is sure to bring a smile to the recipient's face!
