Supplies: True Stories – Wooden Buttons (370745); other – paperclips, hot glue gun, and fabric

1. Gather your supplies. I used these adorable Wooden Buttons, but any type of button or even brad would work. (You would need to remove the back prongs on the brads!) Try various sizes of paperclips to match the sizes of the buttons.

2. Select the buttons you will use and cut a piece of fabric to cover the back of each. I used some leftover aida cloth, but felt would work great too.

3. Use a hot glue gun to attach the paperclip to the back of the button. Make sure to glue down the right end of the paperclip!

4. Add a little more hot glue and attach the fabric circle backing. This gives the bookmark a more finished look.

And that's it!

Now, go grab a good book and get started on your summer reading list!
