SUPPLIES: Shimelle Starshine (374039) – Hubble Paper, (374029) Pioneer Paper, (374038) Galileo Paper, (374021) Astro Paper. Shimelle Starshine (374054) – Chipboard Stickers, Shimelle Starshine (374055) Mini Flair, Shimelle Starshine (374056) – Ephemera.
How to: To make the monogram, trace and cut the alphabet using a sheet of Hubble patterned paper. Next add, mini flair to the center of the initial. Wrap the letter with a bit of fringed tissue paper for a pop of color. Lastly, add a simple globe chipboard sticker to the right, lower edge. To create the bubble gum jar, wrap a strip of star patterned paper around a Ball mason jar. Add an ephemera die cut to the center and fill with red gum balls. Place a colorful straw in the jar and top with a vellum sticker from the Starshine collection. To create the banner, punch eight 1" circles and glue to an 9" length of string. Wrap the ends to two thin sticks, adding a bit of blue fringe tissue paper to the tops. Cut two skinny red stars with an electronic die cutting machine and thread through the bottom of the sticks before placing them on the cupcakes. Finish by placing two tiny yellow chipboard stars to the sticks.
