Mix’n’Match Week!

Mix n Match

One of my favorite things about American Crafts collections is how well they coordinate with each other – you're not limited to what's in one line, you can mix and match, combine, add, subtract – whatever! – to fit your fancy! Heather Leopard (Blog: Heather Leopard | Instagram: @heatherleopard | Pinterest: @heatherleopard | Twitter: @heatherleopard) has a wonderfully colorful mixed'n'matched layout to share first:

How to: Cut a background design with cut outs using your electronic cutting machine. Back the majority of the designs with patterned paper. Add more color and variety by adding watercolors around the patterned paper. Color in the cut-outs that you didn’t add patterned paper to. Add your photo and title to the page. Add embellishment accents in the cut outs to give your page more personality.
