Hello there! It's Gina here and I'm so excited to share how to make this easy DIY cork board!
With just a few supplies, you can make this simple cork board. It can be used for all sorts of projects. I'm using mine as a pin board of sorts to hold a few of my favorite photos and embellishments.
I started this project off by painting the embroidery hoop a coral, pink color. After the paint dried, I used a pencil to trace the inside dimension of the hoop onto the cardboard. Next, I adhered a piece of cork board paper onto the cardboard (backside) and cut both pieces out. Then, I used liquid adhesive to attach this piece to the front (inside circle) of my embroidery hoop.
Once the cork board was completed, I added a couple of small black and white photos, ephemera and chipboard pieces from the Saturday collection. I finished by fastening a strand of beads onto the cork board, using a clothespin from the collection.
