Welcome to homemade goodness week on the American Crafts blog! Now I'm not much of a baker, but I do like a good, sweet treat – especially when it's beautifully package. Thanks to these Homemade with Love Treat Tins and a quick and simple recipe, I was able to package up some end of the school year treats for my son's teachers.
How to: Prepare three shallow bowls with mini M&Ms, tiny round sprinkles and regular sprinkles. Melt milk, dark and white chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat. Follow the package instructions for details (these vary depending on the brand). Next, using tons dip large pretzels into the chocolate letting the excess drip off. Then carefully drag through the topping on both sides and place on wax paper. When they are completely cooled and dry (about 2 hours), package in Treat Tins. It's that easy!
