Hello everyone! Soraya here to share a fun holiday gift idea using the amazing Hey Santa collection. This magic box will be loved – it’s the perfect handmade gift to spoil your family and friends!
First, I selected my favorite patterned papers from the collection. I went for soft patterns and happy colors. Then I cut a cross composed of 5 squares of 10 cm sides each with my Trim & Score Board. I placed all the papers around the cross (inside and out) and left the inside square free for the decor.
Then, I started decorating the inside square with gorgeous embellishments of the collection such as mini trees, die cuts, and puffy stickers. Once they were all placed, I poured some tacky glue on the “floor” and brushed it everywhere so that the glue would be very neat. Fake snow could easily adhere and thanks to tweezers I could place it in all the small corners.
Finally, with a paper straw, gold twine, and adorable mini lights I created a fun garland that goes from one side to another. The mini lights are from the Color Pour Resin line and they were so cute, I couldn’t resist! For them to stay in place on the twine, I added a little drop of hot glue on their ties.
And this is how the magic happens! The box looks very traditional with nothing special except the gorgeous green bow… but when you take off the cap… Tadaaaaa!

I hope you had fun joining me, I wish you a very merry and creative December! Have fun everyone and until next time! Take care!
