How to: Use a digital cutting machine to cut the number ‘31’ on the layout base. Back the layout with patterned paper and adhere. Place and adhere photos as shown. Spell ‘October’ with letter stickers; stamp ‘trick or treat’ on number 1. Place embellishments and sequins as shown, using stickers and paper strips to accent the top and bottom of the page. Add date and journaling.
