Gift Card Box with Easel Card by Jerodelle Trinidad

Hello friends! It’s that time of year again! I am so excited for Christmas as I always am every year. I love seeing everyone’s creations during this time. It just seems like everyone, not just crafters, is creating something with or for someone special.

I made something special this year! It’s an easel card but!! It comes with not only a drawer to pull out but also a nifty box to put the drawer in! How cute is that?!

I created this project using a a cut file from the Silhouette Design Store and then used my cutting machine to cut the pieces I needed to create this project. The box was cute on its own but I wanted to jazz it up using stickers from the Hey Santa collection by Crate Paper. I love these stickers because they are as thick as cardstock and add just enough dimension without it being too bulky.

The easel part is probably my favorite on this project. I embellished it with chipboard stickers and puffy accent stickers from the collection. The drawer will fit your regular size gift cards that you get at any store. I will be putting gift cards in this project to gift to a special someone 🙂 You can also add a message in the easel part of the card and the recipient will be able to display this handmade card.

I hope this project inspires you to create your own! Thank you so much for stopping by and have a happy holiday with your loved ones!
