Contact our customer service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return merchandise authorization number. The RMA number is required.
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date only.
Understandably, we only return items in the same condition they were received. Prepaid return shipping labels are not provided.
Please ship returns with tracking information as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
