I was so excited to finally have the Saturday collection by Dear Lizzy in my hands! This collection is perfect for everyday life or weekend themes! Also, the mix between yellow, black, pink and blue works great with the photo that I have. I always take photos of my son's daily outfits and I caught this photo of him in the parking lot, posing like a kid model.
I created this 5×11 layout using Saturday. I did some layering behind the photo using the Map, Ticket, and Yellow Heart pieces. To make my photo look dimensional and give it some movement, I clipped the photo with the white wood camera clip.
For the title of this layout, I used black clear stickers and pasted them to the blue travel tag that you can find on one of the patterned papers. I used pop-up tape to make it dimensional, so the tag could have a shadow. To make the blue tag look cute, I pasted the puffy sticker, heart, camera and black rubber ampersand.
For the bottom area, I cut some labels from the papers and pasted them to the white background. Last, but not least, I wrote down the story in the top, accompanied by the glasses puffy sticker.
I'm so in love with Saturday! This collection is perfect for boy themes, too!
