Hello bold color palette! Amy Tangerine's Better Together has a beautiful mix of color that's perfect for all of your pocket scrapbooking stories.
The pocket page side includes multiple birthday photos, journaling and a fun spot filled with Legos.
On the opposite side, I created a 9×12 layout with one of my favorite photos. It's based on a cut file of number 9's and framed out with embellishments from the Better Together collection.
Supplies: Better Together (373960) – Hugs + Kisses Paper, (373972) – Jack + Jill Paper, (373991) – Puffy Stickers, (373994) – Thin Washi Tape, (373995) – Emphemera Pack.
How to: Start with the pocket page by cutting a 3×4 piece of the Hugs + Kisses and Jack + Jill Papers. Print five 3×4 photos and place in pockets. To create the embellished center packet, fill with a handful of legos and a circle die cut from the ephemera die cut pack. Add handwritten or typed journaling to the light blue card. Embellish the navy polka dot card with a die cut star, flag and puffy sticker. To create the coordinating 9×12 scrapbook layout, use an electronic die cut machine to cut a number several times. Place the die cut numbers on a diagonal slant to cover the background. Place one large photo in the center. Layer a decorating strip of dots from the Jack + Jill paper across the photo. Add "love" thin washi tape. Place the circle love die cut on the left side, layering a puffy "dude" sticker on top. Add a thin strip of green washi tape at the bottom of the photo. Lastly, add three musical note puffy stickers to the photo.
