We're so excited to present a fun tutorial series called AC Techniques! These projects are a great way to learn new techniques using our favorite AC products. If you're a fan of washi tape and unique embellishments, this project is perfect for you! We've used a variety of great products, including washi tape and glitter to create cute, customized tags. Check it out!
Begin by running one strip of washi tape across the bottom of your tag
leaving a bit of the tag exposed.
Flip over the tag and cut the washi tape so that its edges are long enough to
fold over the back as shown.
Similar to Step 2, flip over the tag and cut the washi tape so that its
edges are long enough to fold over the back.
Grab your doily and make small dots around the edges with the Zazz! Glitter Glue.
Set aside to dry.
Cut a strip of washi tape and apply it to the face of the clothespin.
Cut the washi tape to fit to the edges of the clothespin and fold any excess tape over the edges.
Once dry, grab your doily and apply Alpha Stickers to spell whatever phrase you'd like.
Position the bow at the top center of the doily and adhere in place.
Flip over the doily and place adhesive on the back. Be sure to space out
the adhesive pieces evenly.
Center the finished doily on the tag and adhere in place. To finish, add the clothespin to the tag, clipping it onto the hole at the top.
We hope you enjoy creating with your favorite washi tapes, tags and embellishments!
