Hi ladies! It’s Flóra here today with a new colorful 12×12 scrapbook page. For today’s post I used the Paige Evans – Go the Scenic Route collection along with the circle Alphabet Alignment Guides. I wanted to feature lots of fussy cut cuteness on my page so I picked a few floral and butterfly patterned papers and cut many pieces out.
I really love these super fun American Crafts rulers. They help you place your alpha stickers or any other embellishments in a certain shape. This time I used two different sizes of circle rulers to create the layout.
I picked Paper 19 for my background and placed the circle Alignment Guides on top. I drew two circles in the middle and placed my 3×4 photo on the left. I added fussy cut flowers which were cut out from Paper 18 and completed it with die cut pieces from the Floral Ephemera pack. On the right, I added a chipboard globe sticker and Journal Ephemera pieces. I love the pretty designs in this line!
On the outside circle, I placed fussy cut butterflies. I cut all of them out from the gorgeous Paper 20. I only added adhesive in the middle of the cut-outs. After the glue dried, I fixed them with simple machine stitching.
In the inner circle, I added different phrase stickers using Puffy and Thickers Phrase sheets. I love the mix of different style words. The colors make it even more playful.
To finish, I added my journaling on the ephemera pieces. I decorated the circle die cut with cute enamel hearts and machine stitching.
That was it for today! I hope you will try out the Alphabet Alignment Guides to create creative layouts on your next projects. Thanks for stopping by here! Happy crafting!
