How do I set up an account with American Crafts?
Contact your Regional Manager with your retail information, including name, contact info and tax ID number, and we will be happy to enter you into our database.

How long will my order take?
We do our very best to make sure that each order ships quickly. Sometimes factors arise that might delay things a bit, but in general orders ship within five working days.

How much will shipping costs be?
Shipping costs are determined by weight and location and are based on UPS rates. For larger shipments we use the lowest price carrier unless specified by the customer. Total shipping costs can be quoted upon receipt of the order.

Can I place my order online?
Orders can be placed by telephone, fax or email. There is always a Regional Manager available that can help you place your order and help answer questions.
