Primarily, due to a very creative product development team, we have substantial lists of ideas, both documented and otherwise, which preclude us from ever signing non-disclosure agreements. As such, one must simply trust that we won't steal the idea or that we may have already considered the idea. Additionally, one must agree not to present the idea to any other person or manufacturer for a period of 18 months from the initial presentation. One must also disclose to us any other company to whom they may have previously presented the idea.
